    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Southwest Water full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Southwest Water is growing. A few years ago there was downsizing, cutting lines of business, and instability in the executive leadership. The company has been stable and for a few years now. Employees are treated well and the general attitude of employees is good.

    Cons

Field workers can be expected to work long hours and drive a lot. You can't sell accrued vacation time (even if you are too busy to take vacation).

    Advice to Management

Their is a lot of outdated information about SouthWest Water Company on the internet. I would suggest looking into improving the online presence of the company so investors, potential acquisitions, and future/present employees can find accurate information about the company more easily.
