I have been working at Southwestern Energy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

SWN has been a great place to work for the past 6 years. Many of my coworkers are not friends outside of the office, and management has always done a great job of valuing what everyone brings to the table, regardless of title or years in the business.

    Cons

Limited diversity of assets has made it difficult to broaden my skill set while at SWN, but upper management has been open to individuals branching out of their discipline in order to cross train employees which is pretty encouraging.
