    Pros

    Friendly Atmosphere.
    Faculty is very supportive.
Easy to get TA position, just be good with the faculties. And they pay more than any on campus job.

    Cons

Getting a job on campus as student worker is little competitive, most positions are available in cafeteria but the hour's aren't that flexible.

super friendly professors and co-workers, comfortable working environment, flexible working hours, the computers are all new apple models that are very useful for dealing with different kinds of information

I can't think up one. Professor Wang was really nice to us. We never worked at late hours. The only thing might be the salary was not high.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Southwestern Oklahoma State University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The job does have security and paid sick and vacation leave.

    Cons

The staff is literally under attack at SWOSU. The vice president despises the staff and almost all are under paid by 10 or 20 k a year. The staff benefits have been cut down regularly for several years and now they are attempting to take away the free insurance.

    Advice to Management

Show some appreciation for the staff and stop trying to extort labor and benefits.
