    Pros

Sovereign Health El Paso has an excellent group of employees. Everyone here is very warm, helpful, qualified, and team players.

    Cons

We are a new start-up here in El Paso and with that has come a few complication of trying to figure out rules, regulations, and who needs to do what.

Additionally, you do not receive health insurance until you have worked with the company for 60 days. After 90 days you begin to receive PTO. There are very few paid holidays and may be difficult to take time off because we are a 24 hour facility with clients that have high needs.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and have trust in their abilities.
