I worked at Soya Sushi Bar & Bistro part-time (Less than a year)
Amazing Menu at a high cost to customers. When working there you should expect a large return along with the customers who come in are usually high profile and can earn you connections. Many regulars to connect with if you do your job right
the training period is way longer than any other server position i have taken. You dont make alot of money for the first 3 months you are working there which makes it stressful at times. Its a good job for college students who have time on there hands.
