    Pros

Always busy during tourist season, pretty good earning potential for tipped employees

    Cons

Lots of management turnover ; biggest restaurant downtown, can be very physically exhausting. Understaffed at times, causing guests to get upset& take it out on the server's tip unfairly.

    Advice to Management

Support your staff. They need it, want it, deserve it, and it will result in a better experience for the staff& dining guests

I worked at Spaghetti Warehouse part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very lowkey. If you need money quick here is the place to do it.

    Cons

Very Disorganized. People were rude to each other and the customer. Managers put the blame on the staff instead of themselves. Very stressful environment,

    Advice to Management

Keep a strict time schedule. Stop Accusing people. Stop being biased.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Spaghetti Warehouse (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pro's that first attracted me to the company were quickly dissolved by the new executive team. Instead of improving their restaurants and equipment (most didn't have proper A/C or refrigeration) they held a GM conference to motivate their leaders - then fired many of them.

    Cons

When the "consultants" became the corporate leaders they demoted or terminated the Chef, Director of Operations, and several of the GM's (basically anyone making over $50k) The new executive team doesn't value people.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people - and give them the tools to succeed! Pep talks are worthless when a manager has to return to a restaurant in Oklahoma without air conditioning in the summer.

    Advice to Management

Work on the severs and they will work for you establish your dominance and they will respect you know who to fire and who to bring up . Sometimes ny firing a coworker it actually help the later , but don't be quick to act on that . That will discourage the other workers to work against you
