    Pros

Formerly before Cypress/Spansion merger great deal of autonomy and trust to do your job. Guidance and training provided with high degree of cooperation from bottom up.

After Cypress/Spansion, micro management and low trust. Absolutely no career path upward.

    Advice to Management

You have hired your employees to do a specific job; let them do it. Show your trust by assigning work and letting the work be completed with minimal input while in process unless asked.
