    Pros

    Great modern buildings and like a lot of workplaces, some great people and benefits

    Cons

    Constant restructuring with no stability. It has lead to disarray, lack of vision and has failure to understand market direction. It total lacks culture, unless it's brown-nosing to clueless managers. Right now, in an effort to improve its bottom line, it's culling staff, having determined the organisation must be lean and agile. Not to mention look good to shareholders for FY Results. Pity the customers and lack of service they put up with.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to the shareholders and board of directors. Fire the current management, CEO to GM level, if you every want to see the company transform return a good profit and have any large corporate or government clients.

    Pros

    Great company culture, great people, good benefits. Spark really look after their people, value, culture.

    Cons

    Company moves really slowly. Spark always steps up and make investment to wonderful things with wrong people.

    Advice to Management

    You need aggressive marketing strategy to really turn things around.

    Pros

    Learning on the job. Good variety. Good colleagues. new ' Technologies.

    Cons

    Incompetent middle managers. Resource managers team admins basically in mindset. Technical managers while good technical experts are too geeky to lead and manage people. Top management busy in giving themselves promotions while restructuring rest of company every other month.

    Advice to Management

    Mindlessly restructuring for restructuring purpose is like a dog chasing his tail. Get your "leaders " to start leading and show results!
