      Pros

Great modern buildings and like a lot of workplaces, some great people and benefits

      Cons

Constant restructuring with no stability. It has lead to disarray, lack of vision and has failure to understand market direction. It total lacks culture, unless it's brown-nosing to clueless managers. Right now, in an effort to improve its bottom line, it's culling staff, having determined the organisation must be lean and agile. Not to mention look good to shareholders for FY Results. Pity the customers and lack of service they put up with.

      Pros

      - Leadership is excellent, supportive in your professional and personal life - Extensive training, up-skilling and cross-skilling, Unified Frontline is a great way of working and the call center and retail flow is dynamic and fun - Team is amazing, every day is fun and a blast

      Cons

      - Some of the people are very sales-focused, even when it detracts from customer experience. - Hourly wage does not reflect Unified Frontline and the three touchpoints (retail, chat, and contact center) and the work into that

      Pros

Some great colleagues- thats about the only pro.

      Cons

      - Abysmal culture - Terrible management company wide. Higher aboves treat you like rubbish from the bottom up. - Ridiculously low pay for the amount of work, training and responsibilities especially after the recent UFL update and commission structure - Sick leave highly discouraged even when within entitlement and during covid times - If you cannot pick up absolutely every extra shift going you will be penalised and labeled ‘inflexible.’ - Unrelated to management but customers very often treat you terribly - No possible career progression for vast majority of employees

      Pros

Excellent opportunities for development. Excellent staff reward and benefits Excellent overall company Culture, Diversity and Inclusion

      Cons

Store "Leaders" manage and dictate Store "Leaders" do not listen to feedback and are argumentative In store you don't get your breaks if you missed it if you were busy with customers it's your own fault Store "Leaders" do things their own way In store if you are working on the "Virtual" queues, you have a Laptop only screen, not ergonomical at all - feedback has been given multiple times Health & Safety in store is a joke to the store "Leader" You'll be following the prescribed way of doing something and it be "wrong" The ways of doing things will be changed after you've got it wrong to suit the store "Leaders" expectations Store "Leader" prefers to dictate rather than understand
