    Pros

Variety of projects, decent pay, lots of hours that they DO NOT advertise IF you're looking for that much

    Cons

Major engineer mistakes that roll down hill through ALL of production, CORPORATE oversight and micro managing, NO repercussions for mistakes from engineering but major accountability on the production floor. No compassion or consideration with point system.

I have been working at Spartan Motors full-time

    Pros

    Exciting products to work on

    Cons

A new CEO last year and he has changed out the business unit presidents and everyone at the director level. The culture has changed to a dog eat dog environment. There is no trust. People hold information or don't speak up because they are scared to lose their job or be the one to be blamed.

    Advice to Management

Start treating the employees as an asset.

Lighten up a little. Create a more modern, creative work environment, not one where everyone is expected to conform.
