    Pros

They have great benefits. I enjoyed working with all of my employers

    Cons

They do not give raises based on job performance actually I was told they do not give raises for anything except a job change or Insurance raise or cost-of-living

    Advice to Management

I worked for a great management team just wish they would've pushed for me to have gotten a small performance raise due to the fact that I started a new program for their department and ran it by myself.
