    Pros

The company has a well balanced benefits package and you learn a lot on the job. This was an entry level job and a good way to start your career.

    Cons

The company was quite small so you had to do many different jobs including the one you interviewed for. There were constant support issues and it was a bit too informal at times.

    Advice to Management

My humble suggestion is to build upon the company structure and job roles. Smaller companies must pay attention to not spread their workers too thin.
