    *Time Flexibility. *A stress-free work environment. *For a trainee level developer its a Good company but for long term permanency PLEASE stay away from this company.

    Cons

    *The Equability - There are no any measurable difference(In Salary , In Increment , In Performance Reward) between any good performer and poor performer. *The Growth - If you will work here with the vision of long term permanency then PLEASE stay away from this company. *The Policy - In Company , HR policies are like tightly bound all employees in one boundary. So Advice is like for Policy , While joining... time if HR will provide any schemes then ask them to provide all this in written. *The Permanency - If is there any technically sound developer is working there then they will stay in company for MAX 1-2 years because these mentioned things were visible in between this time. *The Measurement - Only Experience matters here, no needs for any technical soundness. Annual-Packages|Increments|Performance-Rewards decided basis on experiences only not with your work|output|technical-strength. *The Manager|Leaders - Company have too many managers and leaders , In Actual most of them are damage-er. Organization have to shrink it. Development and output obviously will got from good performer employee. So organisation actually needs to entertain them in terms of packages|increment|rewards. *The Vision - CEO vision for organisation is dynamic innovative and mature , But needs to hold a good performer employees for sustainable growth.

    *If management really need to hold skilled developers in company then abolish this Equability Concepts and serve them base on their actual performance and work not on just experience. *HR Policy should be in interest of the employee. *If CEO really wish to grow this company then have to abolish such people from organization who will be there as obstacles in all stuffs and need to do more involvement at... vertical level.

    - Free tea/coffee - Flexible timing (for entry only)

    Cons

    Many: 1) Increment They have appraisal period Jan-Dec and for that they will give increment in next year Aug. e.g. Suppose you have joined company in Oct-2018 then your next increment will be in Aug-2020. Why? Because you will have three months probation period so you will get confirmation in Jan-2019 and increment for 2019 (Jan-Dec) will be credited in you ac in Aug-2020. Climax: Now if you resign within 3... months after increment (i.e. in Aug/Sep/Oct 2020) then they will rollback you increment and promotion and recover increased amount from you. 2) PR It’s totally biased policy. Please don’t consider it in your package while joining. They will not commit you any amount in written so every time PR amount will surprised you. Climax: PR amount credited in month of April so wrt above example if you resign anytime before credited of PR amount in you ac you will not get a single penny of PR (Even you have worked there from Oct-2018 to Mar-2020 but resigned before PR credited ) 3) Seniors Senior employee always make you feel that they are BOSS of you and as you are developer and develop software so you are the only responsible person for any issue/escalation. Climax: Don’t worry if there is any reward or appreciation from client they will don’t disturb you, they will manage. 4) Overtime If there is urgent delivery they will ask you to come in overtime/weekend so they can deliver software in time to client and get project cost from client. Climax: You won’t get single rupee for overtime/weekend even though you came for them as they wants to deliver software before actual delivery time. 5) Timing There is flexible timing, Means you can come at you convenient time. Climax: Even though you have completed you task in half time or you are free, you can’t leave office before you completes 9 hours.

    Pros

    No pros till CXO is there.

    Cons

    1. If you want to join school then join the company, because there are policies up to the level in which if you are wearing black shoes then you have to wear white color shocks. 2. Policy to declare increament is July, on which date is not mentioned. 3. You cannot leave the company for 3 months after declaration of increament, otherwise whole increamented amount from April will be rolled back and in all the... documents you will get all the figures without increamented amount. 4. They are giving 1.5 leaves per month only if you are present into the company for 18 days(As per few current employees, this policy was taken into place by CXO without even discussing with CEO). 5. You can never have trust about company's any policy because any policy can be modified anytime without notifying anyone by CXO. 6. CXO does not have any specific task to show off so can cut any amount anytime from you income in the name of policy to show off the cost cutting made by him.

    Advice to Management

    Please remove the CXO so that employees can think about company's growth instead of thinking about any new policies can come anytime and also thinking about when my increament will be declared and how much it will be. All this decreases the productivity and as a result company remains at the same level instead of growing.

    Flexible time only only only .

    Cons

    - Very very very bad policy. - Before 2 years ago we get Increment and PR regularly (In end of april). But after new CXO came in this company. We don't know when we will get the increment. - According to new policy consultant will get increment in July.(But still they dosen't declare the increment) - They have added a new policy that if someone resign after declaring a increment than all increment will be... rollback. so from april to july they will rollback your increment and 2 to 3 month is notice period. so if some one not satisfied with any new contract than if he/she want to resign than he/she will lost their 6 month. - Before 2 years, CEO was handle all this things. Now all things handle by the CXO and CXO has set in his mind that if he delay the incemant than people will stay long time.

    I have been working at Spec-India full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Quality of work is top notch. They are always up to the market standards. Software Development work is really good since one will be working on latest technologies like Angular JS, MVC, AWS, React JS etc. - 18 Leaves per year - Friendly Environment - Worklife balance. No time constraints to work.

    Little bit politics every company have.

    On time salary. Only pros

    Cons

    Very less projects . Managers and leaders not friendly. Everyone is here boot licker. HR doesn't help you instead will blame you. Behave friendly with you but will backstab you. Leave policy very bad in probation. Collueages are egoistic.

    Please hire only if you want the employee to stay. Please look how seniors are runining the carrers of junior. Never join this company of you have worked our side of gujarat.
