    I worked at Spec-India full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Best for QA trainees or interns to learn at early stage of their career but be ready to be drained in a 2 year bond.

    Cons

    Too much of workload. No management or proper distribution of work Employees are not even paid according to their work. Don't want to hire people rather don't want to spend money to hire employees to work. Nothing in terms of increment and performance rewards. Rewards are meant for seniors only. If you are good to your seniors that's a plus for promotion. Work doesn't count here .

    Advice to Management

    There is nothing called quality in the softwares so better shut the QA department as it is only meant for politics not quality

    -Profit Sharing -Flexi Timings -Leave adjustments and early exits -Service Rewards -If you are here for salary only then this is the perfect government job -One extra star for only tax saving schemes -If you are an SSE over there you should never work and just assign stuff to juniors and enjoy taking credits of their work (pro if you are an SSE)

    -Outdated Technologies -Politics in Awards and Rewards -Favouritism in profit sharing -No extra pay for Saturdays and Sundays -If you are an SSE over there you should never work and just assign stuff to juniors and enjoy taking credits of their work (con if you are junior)

    Advice to Management

    Try to find the loopholes and reach to the end-end employees and talk about their concerns, Hard working employees are never valued there so.

    1. Full of poltics. 2. HR and upper management don't know how to speak with consultants. 3. Uneducated HR. 4. The have changed the meaning of flexibility. There is no such flexibility in hours. 5. Worst infrastructure. 6. Tonting seniors. 7. There is a rule for your every activity. You can't even speak without your seniors permission, if you do so- you are breaking a rule. 8. Festival celebration is a joke... here.

    None. They have open the organization to create wealth at the risk of employees career.

    Cons

    They believe in keeping ill relation with seniors and only those can grow. The criteria is never performance for firing anyone but what kind of "relation" they have. If you are intelligent then the head of your department, they will make sure that you are fired without a second thought. Never join this company

    Pros

    Work life balance, Working Culture, Open door policy Due to PR policy always able to plan a big expense easily like car, home, international trips.

    Cons

    Little improvement in technical growth. Few more fresh seniors are required. Not all people in organisation understand the benefits of Consultancy model.

    Pros

    Still trying to find out positives but the company is lucky to get customers which they don't deserve

    Cons

    - CEO and top management - Processes (they want to work like Tata and Infosys but don't even have 1% capability) - Best political party in India and Vertical heads are top politians - CEO don't have any stand and requires cushion support by adopted people to take any decision - No value of consultant especially of sales team - Take full benefit of consultant model to frame or fire anyone with no reason -... Meetings have no conclusion and always go into different direction My advise is "join this company if you don't want to work but do politics"

    -learn more -good team members -you can never feel that you don't have work

    Cons

    Developers think that QA person are not required. They treat you as if you don't know anything and you are a fool. They think that they are developer and they are more important then qa. They never treat a qa with respect. However, some of them were good but only in ratio of 1/10

    Please make developers understand the importance of QA team.

    Time flexibility On time salary (fees)

    Cons

    You will not get any technical growth. You will get salary hike based on your skill set, you have to do something else :) Profit sharing is lollipop. Anytime hire and fire. Your job is not secure. CEO consider all employee as mason labor, he never thinks about employee, all employees are consultant (has to give bill daily bases for salary) can be fired any time. CEO barks all time for all small things.
