    1. Flexibility in working hours 2. Very friendly environment 3. You can feel so relax and enjoy working here as company arranges very good festival celebrations and culture activities 4. Very good HR policy as they provide benefits like early exit, life insurance, mediclaim, profit sharing and service reward, diwali bonus and gifts 5. Learning opportunities are very good 6. Work-life balance as environment here is... stress free 7. Very safe environment for female employees as everyone here is very supportive and they respect women empowerment 8. Hygienic infrastructure and facilities 9. Very good pay standard as compared to other local companies in the market 10. Also the location is really good as it is in the middle of the city so that you can easily reach here plus they provide good parking facility to ensure your vehicle's safety

    Have independent / neutral people involved in order to evaluate overall company progress, policy developed. Getting back to origin, have trust worthy people be part of managing body, have people who really appreciates the culture / work been rewarded.

    Only one word "Politics" Profit sharing is kind of making people fool. If you are favorite of your Vertical head then your life is easy.

    -Profit Sharing -Flexi Timings -Leave adjustments and early exits -Service Rewards -If you are here for salary only then this is the perfect government job -One extra star for only tax saving schemes -If you are an SSE over there you should never work and just assign stuff to juniors and enjoy taking credits of their work (pro if you are an SSE)

    -Outdated Technologies -Politics in Awards and Rewards -Favouritism in profit sharing -No extra pay for Saturdays and Sundays -If you are an SSE over there you should never work and just assign stuff to juniors and enjoy taking credits of their work (con if you are junior)

    Try to find the loopholes and reach to the end-end employees and talk about their concerns, Hard working employees are never valued there so.

    Time flexibility On time salary (fees)

    Cons

    You will not get any technical growth. You will get salary hike based on your skill set, you have to do something else :) Profit sharing is lollipop. Anytime hire and fire. Your job is not secure. CEO consider all employee as mason labor, he never thinks about employee, all employees are consultant (has to give bill daily bases for salary) can be fired any time. CEO barks all time for all small things.

    1. No comp off for working during weekend 2. 40% Leave Encashment for carry forwarding more than 6 Leaves 3. Profit Sharing Procedure is strictly confidential. 4. Your Learning and skill enhancement depends upon your the Project you are allocated. Sometimes you are put to work on some technology or custom framework which is of no use to you when you leave the company ie. work is done, but skills are not improved... or the current skills are actually forgotten. 5. Designation Promotion takes lengthy time - to become SSE, it takes 4 years here

    Advice to Management

    1. They should conduct yearly picnic, parties, innovative and creative monthly events - this does happen but if it happens one year then the next year it does not happen 2. Should conduct timely technical sessions to keep the employees upto date with latest tools and technologies 3. Project of one department should not be allowed to do by other department. This leaves the other department people sit idle. 4.... Bring good and plenty of projects 5. Should offer Corporate benefits like corporate discounts on various brands 6. Learn to take risk for new technology 7. Conduct Certification for your employees 8. Maintain same policy in terms of productive hours and increment period with all the consultants.

    Pros

    Flexible timing. Like a Government job , if you are a average employee. Awards Declaration. No one fire you as you are worst in your work.

    Cons

    Profit sharing scheme is for making a fool to employee its totally based on Boss Mood. 3rd Class HR management. CEO is not capable to taking future related decision. No Salary for Skilled Employee as per his work dedication. No Employee Satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

    Share Increment & Profit Sharing formula. Increase level of HR.
