    They have a really good product. (National Hardware review)

    Cons

    Extremely unstable environment. You could be laid-off at any time for ant reason. I loved my coworker's and after the last round of laid-offs I gave my two weeks notice.

    great hands on experience, learning and advancement programs for personal growth, good benefits

    Cons

    long hours, strictly numbers based advancement (didn't take into account outside factors), don't listen to employees, lack of raises.

    There are some amazing team members that pull you back when you’re about to run away midday. Free coffee Pretty amazing bonus structure

    Cons

    Bonus wasn’t worth the management Make a plan with your superiors only to have them act like they know nothing of it and it’s your fault, unless it goes well. (Document everything, it sounds crazy and no I wasn’t fired, but do it) Stress level is WAY to high to be selling toasters and dog treats.

    There was a delicious cafe in the building.

    Cons

    The culture here is truly awful. The people who work here have worked here 15+ years and are old and miserable. Everyone is grumpy and the Sales Managers think they are better than everyone else.
