Pros
The internship did a great job of encompassing all areas of new product development. Understanding these processes was definitely beneficial for my future. Got to tour multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to have a better understanding of Spectrum's supply chain. The internship also gave me a good introduction to SAP.
Cons
I would have liked the chance to network with more interns. Also some projects assigned to me and other interns weren't incredibly challenging or captivating but that can be expected.
