exposure/ability to work on numerous different types of product fast pace work environment most of the people are wonderful to work with, although there are a few you probably want to avoid all together

project timelines tend to be a mess departments are very lean and workloads are so heavy that you work long hours. taking vacation time isn't worth it because you end up postponing the large amount of work on your plate and work late to catch up raises and promotions are hard to come by
