I worked at Spectrum Health Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The patients were great

    Cons

Coordinators are stupid, don't know what they're doing

    Advice to Management

The office staff lies a lot, blames PSW's for their mistakes, they're very rude, quick to terminate, that's why they're always hiring and, not because the company is growing. Don't be fooled by them

I worked at Spectrum Health Care full-time

    Pros

Respectful, hard working employees both in the office and the community.
Knowing that you are working in a profession that helps others in the community is a great feeling.

    Cons

Company is becoming top heavy, no appreciation for employees. The senior team refer to the company's values but do not adhere to them. They also disrespect their employees.
There is very little opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to Management

This is a great company with a good vision, however, if you do not begin to show respect and discontinue the bullying behavior, you will lose your best employees.
Note: Richard Breon is not the CEO of this company

    Pros

big company and been around for a long time now; pay is just OK

    Cons

Some Coordinators intimidates PSW and are inconsiderate. Company is still using the old telephony system

    Advice to Management

Listen to the staff who are working in the field (where the money coming from) than staff who are just working over the phone. Companies will save monies if they eliminate the Coordinators and let PSW's just use the software apps. or online. (just like the Uber system)
