I have been working at Spectrum Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good work environment, good staff with good team work .

    Cons

Always short staffed, management has its favorites who are their informants, and these do not face any disciplinary action at all no matter how out of line they are.
Whatever they tell management about other employees is final, employees are invited into their (managements') offices just to hear and sign the verdict. There is no time and need to hear both sides of the story.

    Advice to Management

Do the job you were hired to do..."NO BODY IS ABOVE THE LAW".
