    Pros

opportunity to own your own business one day, if you work super hard. team leaders are very helpful, as helping you initially helps them

    Cons

pay is based on performance, so you could spend all day at a location and not make anything. all events are outdoor and some venues were not very accomodating. the opportunity is there, but it's going to take you giving up all of your personal time away from work.

    Advice to Management

i think they should paint a clearer picture of what the job really is before hiring. explain how challenging and crappy it will be for a long time before you can even move up one step on the ladder
