I have been working at Spherion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great way to start working for good companies with great future potential of working full time. Great pay.

    Cons

Not enough vacation/sick days, no carry over for your unused days, low benefits

    Advice to Management

Give us the hours we have to work as mandatory overtime towards our hours earned. Get rid of the write ups for using days earned, we earned them and shouldn't get a write up when using our last day.

I have been working at Spherion full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay you get a 45 cent raise after three months. The benefits are okay they could be a Little cheaper.

    Cons

No life they will work you seven days with 12 hours through the week for months. No life/work Balance might as well say you live here

    Advice to Management

Give people their weekends off and it wouldn't be a high turn over rate in this place.

I have been working at Spherion as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay was decent for the area.

    Cons

Communication with the office was always tense and I never got the answers to the questions I was asking. Pay disputes put the onus on the employee to provide proof the pay slip was entered, despite the presence of an unused but working time-clock we were required to use.

    Advice to Management

News Letters, more of an employee relationship, or something, right now the clients make us feel like 2nd class citizens at best and some actual team building or pride of membership might help improve communications when things don't work right in the back office.
