I worked at Spire Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

health insurance, majority of staff where great, good work life balance as they are very open to flexible working.

    Cons

communication between departments was awful. There was no back up from management and we only saw the matron and manager when things were going wrong. Lack off respect from consultants to support staff often being shouted at or sworn at!

    Advice to Management

    pat attention to your employees!
