I have been working at Spire Research & Consulting

    Pros

Autonomy, good working environment with colleagues who are willing to help you if you ask for help. It is good if you are willing to work hard and have initiative to talk to the full timers and ask questions.

    Cons

Learning depends on the project pipeline, there is no proper mentorship programme. It is assumed that you know how to do research and make slides so there is not much guidance.

I have been working at Spire Research & Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The kind of work and research work they do is great. The opportunities and projects you work on are unique and helps in growth and complete involvement of an individual.

    Cons

The office in India is comparatively small with an employee strength of 15. The pay can be improved

    Advice to Management

The pay scale can be improved and the benefits to employees can also be improved. Standardising the pay scale would also help as at times a Junior Analyst and an Analyst is paid the same.
