    Pros

    If you are a fresh graduate or looking to be exposed in different industries, this is the right place to be. The environment and people are the best part of this company.

    Cons

    No transparency in how the management reviewed staff's performance. The salary adjustment and performance bonus that you get are already set upfront, and there is very small chance that you can negotiate.

    Improvement in employee welfare and benefits.

    Hands-on approach to training, allow greater view into a project than just a single task, project management a big part of the learning experience, inputs from each member of the team are appreciated and taken into consideration without bias.

    Pros

    Plenty of opportunities to learn and develop own self, opportunities to experience and expose working with large clients companies.
    A lot of project types and industries served which will expand one's horizon on looking into the business cases.

    Cons

    Rather conservative management team which leads to more conservative approach of innovation. Work-life balance is tricky, really depends on one's ability to do time management and prioritization.
