    Pros

    - Good compensation and benefits
    - Easy going atmosphere
    - The company is constantly looking to expand and grow
    - Working towards improving the image for customers and employees
    - New and modern office in the heart of downtown STL, with great technology and supplied for employees to work with

    Pros

    Fantastic work culture. Everyone I work with is interested in collaborating to create the best possible finished product. Employees and management alike attend all of the events held (baseball games, lunches, etc.) There are great opportunities to develop your career as well. Spire does a great job of giving people assignments that will develop their skills in a a way that is mutually beneficial for both the employee and the company. The work life balance is also a huge plus. Every manager I know will work with you to make sure that you are taken care of as a person rather than just another employee.

    I have been working at Spire full-time

    Pros

    Company promotes from within (for the most part) and does a pretty good job of awarding hard work. Most people seem to enjoy working here.

    Cons

    It seems some projects/tasks get put on back burner for long periods of time due to ever changing priorities. Can feel overwhelming.

    Pros

    Career growth opportunities, good benefits, pretty stable environment, and good community involvement

    Cons

    Pretty hectic with a lot of things changing. Can get overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

    While change is good and necessary, remember what made the company what it is today.

    Pros

    Growing company with good benefits and a great group of people to work with. The culture has changed over the last few years, but it's been a positive change.

    Pros

    Very stable company offering unlimited ability to advance and/or grow within the company. They recognized great employees and reward them accordingly.

    Cons

    Work can become monotonous some days and other days it is so crazy busy you can't find time to go to the bathroom.

    Advice to Management

    Don't give so many chances to unproductive employees. If you see someone isn't doing their job or performing it in a sub par way, replace them. I get sick of carrying my load and theirs and also feel like I'm babysitting a grown up.
