    Excellent Airline

    Pros

Fun!!! I loved every moment. Even through pandemic they NEVER put anyone in leave. Gave voluntary time off if you wanted and paid all of your insurance. Yea things happen but it happens to every airline. Just Spirit gets a bad rap. Great layovers, amazing crews. Best experience. I highly recommend them for anyone.

    Cons

Just don’t get injured on job. My downfall. Not intentional of course.

    Flexibility with Seniority

    Dec 1, 2022 - Flight Attendant
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Extremely flexible schedule especially if your a line holder. No required hours of flight time per month. You can drop a whole month if you desire. Work when and how much you choose, work just enough to qualify for health insurance if you desire. Great Health insurance and 401k package company matches your amount for first few years. Got a line after 1 year. 3 months away 2nd year now holding a line.

    Cons

Reserve sucks, but reserve sucks at every airline. Reserve can be difficult if commuting but you can bid for days off. If you get ready exempt sit at home and not at airport. Reserve make it difficult to have a life if you have other jobs or businesses.
