Stay away even in a recession

Pros

A few good people that are genuinely passionate.

Cons

Completely dishonest leadership that consistently lies. Was laid off after they mentioned they didn’t have to do a second round. Before, they trying to push people out. Forced people back to offices and have massive amounts of attention before. And ultimately treated many terribly. Company is doing incredibly bad and will get worst.

It feels like a kids club with too many "rah rah, we're awesome" types of internal meetings.

Pros

Benefits: holiday closure, wellness reimbursement, wellness closure every other month.

Cons

The management here leaves much to be desired, with communication almost non-existent and favoritism displayed openly, irrespective of one's performance. The product roadmap has come to a standstill, as competitors are quickly catching up and offering more affordable packages. Opportunities for growth are scarce, owing to the high turnover rate and two rounds of layoffs within a span of six months, despite earlier assurances from executives that it would be a one-time occurrence. Anticipate being consistently overburdened and frequently asked to enhance processes without any assistance or budget, given that budgetary constraints are also an issue.

Through our weekly all-hand meetings, we work hard to communicate the product roadmap vision, provide transparent business updates, and more. When we were given feedback that there were more opportunities to be transparent, we added ad-hoc meetings hosted by leadership to increase communication and give employees Q&A opportunity.
