Great when you’re at the ‘popular table’, same as most every other vet. Poor management.
Pros
The facilities are new and nice. Operations stays on top of stocking and machine maintenance. Most vets offer good medicine to staff. Options to move up if you make it to the a-list.
Cons
Company run as start up and most managers in their 20’s. They will promote you if you don’t have interest in work life balance and want to drink the koolaid. Management is a total mess- constantly changing- sometimes department has none and the supervisors are pushed to fill in. Poor work life balance. Schedule is inconsistent, locations worked inconsistent, roles and responsibilities ever changing as company is run as a start up- not a medical facility. Management expects csr staff to resolve client issues on their own and tolerable verbal harassment. Staff in department is constantly changing- more veteran staff constantly compensating for imbalance.
