    Pros

The majority of the staff love what they do, so the atmosphere is, overall, positive. It's has family-friendly policies, an established chain of command and it's not cut-throat at all.

    Cons

Management has been in place for several decades, there are too many of them and they are largely perceived to be a bit too rigid and set in their ways. There's no longer any 'fire in the belly' to achieve greatness.

    Advice to Management

The regional set up among the 10 branches has proven to be divisive and effects redundancies in managers. The chain of command is top heavy and makes internal communications slow and cumbersome. We need a new model.
