I worked at Sport Graphics (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The most talented and dedicated people in the industry. The employees are amazing. Continually strive to exceed expectations. Staff have the ability to learn a tremendous wide variety of skills and knowledge in a short period of time. Free turkeys on Thanksgiving, Pacers game and dinner for all employees AND their families on the practice court for holidays. Access to work on high profile events and clients.

    Cons

Lack of training - more like boot camp

    Pros

You gain a great deal of experience, fast. The people are fantastic. The end result of your work is rewarding.

    Cons

Hours can get crazy near events. Holiday and sick time is very lousy. Insurance benefits are not very good either.

I worked at Sport Graphics full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some really good talented people here but they are worked so hard there was no culture. Super sketchy east side location so it's a perk they're moving the design part downtown.

    Cons

0 perks, you pretty much only get a paycheck. They don't even have free coffee you have to buy your own and bring it in. Get use to 12-15 hour days, no flexibility, no working from home, and the worst is if a deadline falls around a holiday plan on having to work it. Low pay relative to the amount of hours you have to put in. Very few people stay longer than 1 year. I talked to several coworkers and we all regretted leaving our past employers for this awful place. Not a fun place to work, you feel like a machine here and you will be grinded down quickly. The relevant people who can get better jobs get out quickly.

    Advice to Management

With turnover this high it seems like you'd want to change but you probably won't.

I have been working at Sport Graphics full-time

    Pros

Some good people and access to cool events and athletes.

    Cons

The lack of culture and organization is astounding. Different answers from different people with an aggressive attitude coming from upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Get an HR Department.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

at one time the pay was good, they used to be about taking care of family life and taking care of employees

    Cons

to much favoritism, and getting involed in a offers that is not work relative two pay cuts high insurance, a lot of lay offs

    Advice to Management

need to learn to give employees respect where it is due,and learn not to yell at employees at the drop of a hat
