I have been working at Sports Academy full-time

    Pros

Looks incredible on the surface and can be a dream job for any ex-athlete looking for a professional career.

    Cons

The values of the company are focused on money through backroom deals. There is no communcation between departments and the vast number of employees are looking for different jobs. Although it looks pretty on the outside, anyone that's been there long enough are all depressed.

    Advice to Management

Get back to the orginial values when the place first opened - family, trust, honesty, communication. Employees will actually look forward to going to work again.
