I worked at Sports Authority part-time

    Pros

It was only good to have as a side job.

    Cons

Isn’t respectful, doesn’t work with your availability even when told ahead of time when you’re available, slaves you & very bad

    Advice to Management

Need a lot of practice on how to be a manager/ supervisor

I worked at Sports Authority part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Scheduling and hours was straightforward and organized, probably only "pro"

    Cons

One supervisor was verbally abusive and I was offered no productive training even though I was enthusiastic about the position. When I quit and shared my experiences with a different supervisor, they either transferred the former or fired him altogether (never saw him again). Ended up quitting quickly. Awful work environment where employees never seemed happy- apparently my experience was not new and my co-workers confirmed that experiences like mine were common when I left, citing constant firings/hirings of part time workers and disrespectful behavior by management.

    Advice to Management

I don't really know where to start, as my situation was overwhelmingly negative.
