I worked at Sports Authority part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It was great working for sports authority. I honestly got to meet great people and work in a wonderful environment. I always enjoy helping the customers

    Cons

The cons would have to be working on holidays and signing people up for rewards. Not because t was hard but because if we weren't 80% every day we got in so much trouble and some days you just get people who don't want to sign up.

    Advice to Management

Management was great, always fair. I do believe that if our high up management is going to make up sell coverage plans then when they come in the store they should buy one. They shouldn't force us to sell something they don't even believe in themselves.
