    Pros

    The employee discount was good.

    Cons

    My manager was very condescending and not motivating. I was scared to go to work everyday. He yelled at employees in front of customers.

    Advice to Management

    Better store management training is a must.

    Flexible Schedule and works with you when you cannot come in.

    Cons

    Pay was not the best, and no benefits for part-time.

    Advice to Management

    Train supervisors to SUPERVISE, not to tell you what to do or do all the work while they sit around and watch.
