    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Sportstec full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Lots of flexibility
    Interesting clients
    Dedicated employees
    Really cool and stable tech

    Cons

Lack of influence of company direction
Too much patching, not enough strategic planning on the tech
Compensation structure does not incentivize employees
Not enough creative time together as a team

    Advice to Management

Reconsider the attention paid to the cons I listed. And look for strategic partnerships to better address client needs.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The company produces some exceptional products for the sporting and training markets, which are on the brink of being really successful.

    Cons

The company is a bit fractured by virtue of the fact it is globally positioned with a wide reaching geography.

    Advice to Management
