    Residents & Team members. Paid holidays.

    Cons

    Micromanagement. The Inability to prioritize priorities. Planning.... Lacking! This is a vital aspect for communication! Management focuses and gives excess supervision focusing on meaningless reprimands rather than appreciating what employees can offer. Hostile work environment from being watched too closely and the prioritization for a focus on criticism . No acceptance for EMPLOYEES AND THEIR PROCESSES. MICROMANAGEMENT. Learn to be a qualified teacher and trainer before you accept a Management/ Leadership position. Learn to develop some Management skills. Associates can Fully understand Compliance and State regulations! It depends on MANAGEMENT skills to be a teacher and leader. If you don’t feel that someone is intelligent enough to read and comprehend state and local ordinances. Don’t hire them!Don’t treat them like their in-superior...Step up and be a leader!!! Teach and train! That’s your job! Your being judged too!!!A great leader has good judgment in their team and strives on teaching and training them. They utilize their teams skills and put the right people in the right place at the right time. They don’t have time to focus on meaningless reprimands.

    Pros

    I felt like I made a difference in the lives of the residents.

    Cons

    High employee turnover. Too many employees calling off or just not showing up. This made much more work for the ones who did take the Job seriously. Complaints to management falls on deaf ears. Management will hire just anyone. Repeatedly told not to report things that go against your moral compass or any other violations.

    Pros

    Just started this week at Sprenger in Port Royal SC Great support from staff and management. Everyone is friendly and more importantly the patients are very happy and pleased with the care they are receiving!!!!

    Very caring frontline caregivers.

    Cons

    Management is absent too often, employees rarely have interactions with them. There was a distinct lack of communication between departments also.
