I worked at Spring full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The networking its really amazing. You can meet interesting people from different industries. You develop many negociation skills and different sales strategies. The team its really profesional and they are always searching to help you. I loved everything about the company, it a great school for being headhunter

    Cons

They need to be more agresives with the marketing strategy because they are a new brand In México. The biggest challenge they have its to beat the biggest firms of headhunting.

I worked at Spring full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As always the people around me were lovely and built some good relationships. There was so great trainers too and enjoyed doing courses.

    Cons

A culture of laziness and no accountability at a senior management Director level. Bless you for everything you gave and it was never good enough, even if you were a high earner.

    Advice to Management

Stop your managers from riding on their consultants success. Invest time in Lower levels.

    Pros

    Cons

Time management is the key. FOcus on both bd and execution singlehandedly takes a toll

I worked at Spring full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

nice office location, international team with good diversity

    Cons

managers tend to change rules as they want, micro-controlling system, no opinion or ideas are taking positively, no support and management.
As recruitment company they do not provide any job boards, marketing support, or any tools to facilitate the candidates search but on the other hand they expect u to hit very high KPIs

    Advice to Management

    listen more to consultants

I worked at Spring (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Horaires adaptables
Equipe jeune (très jeune) et dynamique
    Très forte autonomie
    Bonne ambiance générale entre collab'

    Cons

    Spring "EXPERT EN RECRUTEMENT ?"

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Spring full-time

    Pros
