      Great Culture and Fair Opportunity

      Jan 20, 2021 - Insurance Agent

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great culture that gives you the tools to succeed day in and day out. Regardless of skill level in sales, Spring gives you all coaching and things you need to become great and successful. If you are coachable you will do great with an awesome income and a great day to day working experience.

      Cons

The learning curve, if you are not used to a high volume of transactions it can take some time to get used to the amount of rejection one receives on the phone. Hard to take time off without really hurting your commissions.

I've Worked Plenty of Places, But This Is the First Place I've Recommended to Friends

      Pros

Great culture Reasonably flexible schedule Fun is not only allowed, but encouraged

      Cons

Rapid growth created communication gaps between departments (BUT--this is something that has been addressed, and steps have already begun being made to keep the left hand knowing what the right hand is doing, which reflects on the organization's self-awareness and dedication to growth in the healthiest ways).

      Great Culture

      Jan 23, 2021 - Sales Manager

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Unlimited potential. Great Culture. People are willing to help you. Training for your role. Very good benefits and generous PTO. No cold calling. They get you licensed. The money is there if you want to work 50-60 hours and hard hustle.

      Cons

45 hour + required work week. Low hourly pay. Quality of leads not great outside of AEP. It gets tedious because you are repeating the same things daily.

      Waste Of Your Life

      Pros

Somewhat flexible hours. Casual dress when in the office. You work downtown so that's convenient. My coworkers were all pretty great. Culture used to be great but that's gone.

      Cons

You will spend more time on a phone and at a desk than you imagined possible. You will have the exact same conversation with people that truly don't want to talk to you over and over until you feel like a robot. And the money isn't even close to being worth it. That used to be the reason you worked here but they've done nothing but sabatoge comp plan after comp plan. There are a few that succeed but the vast majority flounder until they can find anything else. If you have a family or value a balance in life this isn't the gig for you. Save yourself the time and headaches and work almost any other sales job.

      They care about employees

      Pros

They really try to create a great culture even though COVID. I've only been with the company since July but they've sent me T-shits, sweats, snacks, office supplies etc

      Cons

Repetitive but that's the nature of the position

Decent company stalled by rapid growth

Dec 7, 2020 - Licensed Medicare Specialist in Kansas City, MO
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great work environment, great onboarding training, great culture, clear expectations

      Cons

Rapidly growing sales team (in 2018) and a change in lead management software led to a lot of hiccups on the sales floor and an overall feeling of disappointment. It might be better now.

      Pros

Great culture. Amazing talented people from the bottom to the top. You enjoy making a difference in the lives of people around you and also clients over the phone.

      Cons

Pretty much just comes down to the comp plan and not being able to hit quota anymore.
