    Pros

Pleasant colleagues, varied experience, international business trips, decent benefits, good life/work balance

    Cons

Very rigid HR, mediocre salary for New York City

    Advice to Management

Allow people more flexibility to work from home, etc. Many good people have left because of very inflexible policies.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Springer Healthcare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Growing and expanding company attempting to stay current with services provided and technology on track with medical records maintenance.

    Cons

Management style is demotivating and take every opportunity to short pay or no pay employees who leave.

    Advice to Management

Take a closer look at higher management methods of managing. Most employees don't bother to bring issues to light because no one cares anyway. Your employee's surveys of supervisors are not being reviewed or are being disregarded because nothing changes.
