    Pros

    There is no greater or more fulfilling job than working with kids. The kids make the job wonderful and heart-warming.

    Cons

    Budget cuts make resources scarce. I spent a significant amount of my own money. Morale was pretty low considering the circumstances people worked under.

    The employees are great, and people are dedicated to the cause of educating our districts youth.

    Cons

    Salaries and long term incentives are not competitive, actually, don't exist.

    Advice to Management

    Adjust salaries and benefit scales to be more competitive for IT employees.
