    flexible hours, experienced staff and managers. Ability to make a great income

    Cons

    Brand name can be an obstacle at times especially going into the merger.

    Always changing environment, new products, and really solid team.

    Cons

    Lots of holiday hours and always defending the “old” company. People had a tough time seeing the company was better
