I worked at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company headed in a better direction. Leadership support is good. Some job flexibility.

Pay is meager compared to other companies. Needs to be benchmarked, big time.

    Advice to Management

Don't ask for more work for the same amount of money. Either come up with incentives or keep the status quo.

I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good job descent money 13.00 per hour 800 per month if it hit quote potential to make more than that if you exceed quota. I made 43,000 in the year. Quotas are usually easily attainable

    Cons

Retail hours. The company puts a lot of pressure on management for the reps to be pushy to customers when selling

    Advice to Management

Work hard and there's money to be made

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Overall I've had great supervisors and coworkers

They just laid off half of their tech force in retail locations. I don't think that was a good idea since our network is still being worked on.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes what corporate says isn't the same thing a district/area manager will tell us to do.
