    Pros

    Commission based, great team, training is thorough, great holiday hours ( you might work the holiday, but you’ll receive extra time off during the holiday season)

    Cons

    You may get a shift you don’t like and there’s no real way out of it. Also, they change every few months, can be difficult to manage if you have a family or loved ones with more traditional hours

    Lots of holiday hours and always defending the “old” company. People had a tough time seeing the company was better
