I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hourly pay is ok commission is pretty good PTO is 136 hours a year which isn't bad as long as you hit your monthly goals no one is on your back.

    Cons

Work life balance has become an issue sprint will have a meeting and then tell you about it 4 days in advance and tell you that you will be held accountable if you do not attend the meeting. There is a huge lack of communication from sprint they don't care if your pay is wrong it will take them weeks to correct it there customer service is terrible in the call centers they outsource people so they don't have to pay as much for labor.

    Advice to Management

Start caring more about your employees reward them when they do well and don't outsource your call center and also give the reps access to actually call national sales support because the chat just isn't cutting it customers aren't happy when they have an issue then we have to tell no problem I'll open a chat with someone who takes 20 minutes to respond
