    I have been working at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They give 40.5 hours a week. Full benefits are available. Khakis are allowed and the environment is always pretty light and happy. Plus it's hourly and commission!

    Cons

    People come in yelling. It's easy to mess some things up. It's sometimes dead and you have to stair at your phone (normally that's fine but for a long time it gets boring)

    Advice to Management

    Everything is great and it's very enjoyable!

    Pros

    Uncapped commission base is really awesome. Benefits are really good from every aspect. Discounts on high end accessories with access to new phones all the time.

    Cons

    Front line management not recognized or rewarded often. Programs set in place to help actually hinder productivity. Not given creative control on hiring.

    Awesome benefits, quickly promote, great pay, no negative company feedback as far as I can see or share at this time.

    Cons

    Managers can be very demanding and quick to fire reps if they do not perform at the expected level, negativity can be bad at times

    Show more positivity and you will get results faster
