I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working on the campus as a sales rep you are exposed to more leaders and more in-depth/hands on trainings. My team works together to help get through internal processes and struggles. They have a lot of free activities in my building to attend. My favorite is TGIM where they provide some kind of breakfast treat on Monday mornings. They also have a free happy hour on Thursdays and several other events. The day to day changes, because you have the opportunity to meet with all sorts of businesses. Plus we can host customers in the Sprint suite at the Sprint Center, Arrowhead, and Kauffman. This is a great closing tool. Sprint has a lot of support and trainings to help you succeed. The compensation plans are very rewarding. Lots of room for advancement or career changes within Sprint. Work/life balance is great. You have a lot of flexibility, just have to communicate. And know that you still have to hit you metrics even if you need to take time off.

    Cons

Parking on the campus is a pain. They have covered parking garages, but to park and walk to my desk it's about 8 min solid walk. Which wouldn't be too bad if we only had to do it once in the morning and again when we leave. But as a sales rep we are in and out of the office often going from meeting to meeting. So you just have to factor in a walk to your car + drive time to your appointments. Sometimes Sprint's internal processes gets in your way of putting in a sale or customer service. I wish all customer service was in house, instead of some departments have moved off shore. As a sales rep you get a whole lot of no's, so you have to have some grit and tenacity to succeed in business sales at Sprint.

    Advice to Management

My direct management is doing a great job so far. As far as leadership I wish they wouldn't harp so hard on handset sales especially in business. Most businesses are moving to BYOD and don't want to provide them anymore. I care more about taking care of customers rather than selling them something they don't need. Also wish they offered better promotions to existing customers.
