    I worked at Sprint full-time

    Pros

Cheap plans and promotions to help with selling.

    Cons

Customer service support for employees is very hit or miss. You either get someone that can solve your problem in 5 min or someone that struggles to even know what they are supposed to do to fix it.

I have been working at Sprint as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Fantastic hands-on experience. Was able to meet with customers/potential customers on a daily basis. Had fun projects and was able to meet other interns from around the country. Pretty flexible work schedule compared to peers.

    Cons

"Churn and burn" of sales people. Extremely high pressure to meet high quotas. Quite a bit of travel.

    Advice to Management

Great experience that I helped me learn a ton about telecommunications and sales. Would put more of an emphasis on ensuring that interns are ready to enter a full time role.

I worked at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people of Sprint are to be commended for their dedication.

    Cons

Unable to retain talent due to layoffs and management indecisivness

    Advice to Management

Need to be more creative and cross-train teams to work where there is need instead of laying off experienced team members with millions of dollars worth of talent.

    Pros

    Always busy
Benifits of a FREE monthly phone plan and discounted spotify

    Cons

Since softbank merger/purchased Sprint the layoffs are non-stop
    You are easily replaceable
Its hard to move up so you often have to move departments to move forward (I was there for 8 years)

    Advice to Management

    Communication is key
