    You can control your money through your sales room, benefits are great. Also there is room to move up with in the company

    Cons

    Dealing with upset customers and miscommunication through other sales Channels like customer care over the phone. Sometimes sales goals are tough on slow months

    Advice to Management

    Make sure to stay on the sales floor helping employees

    Cons

    Never a leader in the space. Customer perceptions difficult to change. Process monkeys within some organizations were not focused on revenue generation.

    The staff are like family everyone is friendly and you learn to use other people to help you out with things you don't know

    To me the cons are most of the management above my manger but other than that everything is great

    if you have good employees don't make it harder for those employees to get paid

    Pros

    The benefits are good and affordable and you get free cell service they are really accommodating for your schedule and the training process is really informative this is my first call center job and they taught me everything I needed to know

    Cons

    The pay could be a bit higher to start but it seems like there is room for advancement so it may balance out 🤔

    Most stores have good staff
    Decent pay based on experience
    Multiple incentives
    Benefits + free phone line/discounts

    Cons

    Commission structure under constant change that only benefits high-volume stores
    Sales goals projections too high
    Management always changing
    No break given on making sales goals when taking paid time off

    Advice to Management

    Stop changing the commission structure and if someone wants to take a paid vacation, give them relief on their goals since they won't be working their normal amount of days a week.
