I worked at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In my short time there, I worked with many smart, wonderful people. There was very good cross functional communications and I had an opportunity to interface with many different groups (Marketing/Finance/Legal/IT, etc).

    Cons

HR systems are pretty much non-existent. Benefits are NOT good, especially if you have kids. Huge deductibles. Stock grants vest over such a long period that you'd be dead before they impacted your life. No systems in place for career development (or at least none made known to me).

    Advice to Management

Listen to your customers, ask them what they don't like about Sprint, and then do the exact opposite. This is how T-Mobile blew by you.

    Cons

Tired of dealing with customers on a daily basis via phone..
Spend a lot of money on ad campaigns and TV commercials and Paul the ex verizon "can you hear me now" guy...instead of paying their employees
