I worked at Sprint (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company, they work hard to ensure you are well informed and ready to give our best at work. Great incentives and easy goals.

    Cons

However, the service is sub-par and it's difficult working with unhappy customers. So you'll have people coming in to complain about their service more often than not.

    Advice to Management

Work with associates to respond better to irate customers and teach them how to listen more to create opportunities.
