I have been working at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you put the work in the compensation is beyond compare. I've been here 4 months and all of the management and reps I've been in contact with are wonderful and helpful. They want you to make a lot of money, and make a lot you will!

    Cons

Be prepared to stand all day.

    Advice to Management

The outlook on teamwork is great! "We rise by lifting others" is a slogan that we stay true to.

    Pros

You get paid well, job security is more or less good as long as you keep your sales up. Even if you don't do so well for multiple months in sales, they will still probably keep you, but they will complain until your ears are ringing that you aren't selling enough so be ready for that. The best part about working at the stores is the friendship you will share with your co workers. Most experiences I have had with co workers are good unless its management I am dealing with. One thing I will say about management is that they will usually have your back over the customers. If they stand to lose money or a sale, they will take your side in a heartbeat, the customer is just a wallet to them so they don't care otherwise. It sucks for the customer but its good for you if a customer is giving you a hard time.

    Cons

Bad leadership, too much stress on sales which makes the customer service struggle. In order to reach your insane monthly quota you are forced to use less ethical tactics to make the sale. I have had good managers and I have had bad ones, but from what I have noticed upper management gets rid of the managers that care about their employees to replace them with managers that care more about sales. It is all about money, and you don't matter, and the attitude of some of the managers show that very brazenly. Also the customers are insufferable, they come in constantly with phone problems that are more often than not user error, and constantly complain about price.

    Advice to Management

It is important to care about money and sales, it is more important to care about work quality and employee satisfaction. There are way too many store transfers, treat your employees like people, not cattle. and have more realistic sales goals, like I mentioned earlier, I (and most other representatives) used borderline unethical sales techniques, just to get upper management to leave us alone.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy. Work place environment can be fun but that is entirely down to the mindset of other co-workers.

    Cons

Income is advertised as "unlimited" but commission structure changes frequently, and is also made hard to understand, non-exact.

    Advice to Management

Reward excellence. I cannot stress this enough. This is what I am looking for other opportunities.
