I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Working with a great group of people. Building rapport with people over the years

    Cons

Having to work with people overseas could be a challenge and other folks around the country whose day starts earlier and ends earlier. Can't blame that on Sprint it was just the way business works.

    Cons

Moving away from cubicles to open air pods. Ability to have conference calls is hampered. Not enough conference rooms to support online meetings

    Advice to Management

Change just for change sake is not a management strategy.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Job autonomy, fast paced environment, very good CEO, always a new project to complete. Benefits are good.

    Cons

Non-commissioned employees are paid very poorly for the amount of work that needs to be done. I work an average of 70 hours a week and am paid nowhere near what a District Manager is paid. Must be very good at change management. Front line employees are very poor in quality and professionalism.

    Advice to Management

Lack of integrity and accountability in the field. Stop tolerating cheaters in the front line. Our front line employees are paid like kings and rewarded when they cheat to win. It starts with hiring professionals, not kids from the street who are looking for someone to rip off.

I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Sprint always had good HR policies during my time there, and treated employees fairly. They didn't just talk a good game with regard to fairness.

    Cons

Company has gone through turmoil and reorganizations due to business climate.
