    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you aren't laid off or your job isn't outsourced, you can settle into a life there without worrying about getting let go, so long as you strictly follow policy.

    Cons

Some policies are redundant or simply not "one size fits all", yet if you deviate you will be reprimanded. There is no focus on employees bringing new ideas to the table if you are in a lower tiered role. Exceptions are rarely made for situations that are more complicated than the A B C of policies and procedures. Scoring and QA is harsh. For instance if a person in a Customer Care/Tech Support/Sales role does 99% of their procedure correctly, yet word the end greeting incorrectly, it will likely be counted as a fail, which will pull your metrics down.

    Advice to Management

Management is as stuck in this cycle as specialists. It's robotic and cold, I'm assuming due to the massive size of the company. There is nothing to entice people who are anything more than button pushers to join lower level positions, so turnover is high and people are generally always on edge.
