I worked at Sprint part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great atmosphere, flexible, and easy. Great perks. 50% off phones and first line free. Paid time off and good benefits

    Cons

Managment changes a ton. Get ready to have a new sup, manager, and district manager every few months and hope they know what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

    Consistancy is lacking.

I worked at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great competitive environment to be in. - Always room for improving yourself as a people person and a sales person. -Your payout is directly correlated with the amount of work you put in.

    Cons

    - Very negative stigma about Sprint's service and customer care. You'll hear about it every day. - Commission payouts were relatively low for the dealer that I was in. -Systems were outdated which led to constant wait times when dealing with customers, which can be frustrating. -There are always large amounts of workload to take care of.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key when it comes to managing a team of sales representatives. You always want to make sure everyone is on the same page so that there will not be any miscommunication with the customers which boosts production. It is also always nice to make the team feel like you're rowing the boat with them.

I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

easy to apply, fun to work, young and good vibes team members

    Cons

poor benefits, making it hard to get your numbers while selling, a lot of issues with the services will spend half of your time only in solving issues, that would of being easy to fix but someone somewhere mad a mistake and now you have to fix it
